On May 14, 2021 (Volume 14, Issue 41) our local StuNews featured an article announcing the “Most Waterwise Garden” of the 2022 Laguna Beach Garden Club’s Gate & Garden Tour which was held on May 7th. The Laguna Beach County Water District (LBCWD) began awarding this honor to one of our featured tour gardens in 2019. This year garden #2 on our tour, named Tutu’s Garden, was awarded the honor. On May 10, 2022 (Volume 14, Issue 37) our local StuNews featured an article highlighting our 2022 Gate & Garden Tour. This year’s tour included 9 beautiful gardens in North Laguna. The tour featured the iconic “Witch House” on Wave Street which was built in 1927. (Photo by Mary Hurlbut)

On May 3, 2022 (Volume 14, Issue 35) our local StuNews featured an article detailing our support of scholarships and community projects in the last two years. Despite missing a year of in person-meetings and one year of our Gate and Garden Tour fundraising event we have been working hard to support these programs.
