Club Receives Certificate of Recognition from the California State Senate, March 2024
Did you know.... The Laguna Beach Garden Club received a Certificate of Recognition from California State Senator, David Min, in recognition of our commitment to our environment through artistic storytelling.
“The Good of the Hive®” Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, March 2024
On Monday March 11, 2024 over 100 people came together to celebrate the mural coming to life in their community. The symbolism of the connectedness of the hive and caring for each other above individual concern was clearly on display.
April 2025 “Ladies of Laguna” featured for the Gate & Garden Tour
On April 4, 2024, StuNews (Volume 17, Issue 27) published an article features our “Ladies of Laguna.” Each year our Gate & Garden Tour director chooses several women who embody the spirit of service that the club represents and honors them with this title. This year’s “Ladies of Laguna” are Laura Ford, founder of the Pollinator Protection Fund, Simone Adams, co-manager of the Friends of the Library Butterfly Fairy Garden,, Amy Amirani, LBCWD Commissioner, and Ally Cook, milliner/owner of Lucky Cowboy and the committee chair for the tour’s annual Garden Hat Contest.
